Luxuriant CROPS of WHEAT and OATS,
TITHE-FREE,
To be SOLD by AUCTION,
By ELLIOT SMITH,
On the premises, on Monday Evening, the 26th of July, 1813:
TEN ACRES of excellent WHEAT, (in 2 lots,) with the Straw and Stubble, now growing on a field by the hand-post, at Red Cross, adjoining Mr. Lyon’s farm.
Also, in Three Lots,
7˝ Acres of very promising OATS, (to be mowed,) now growing in a field by the Hills Road, in Barnwell parish.
Four months credit, on approved joint security.
The Auctioneer will be in the field by Red Cross, exactly at six o’clock.
