NEAR TRUMPINGTON.

Containing upwards of FIVE ACRES.

To be SOLD by Auction,

By ELLIOT SMITH,

At the Red Lion Inn, Cambridge, on Friday the 16th day of June, 1815, exactly at seven o’clock in the evening;

All that very excellent ALLOTMENT of inclosed tithe-free ARABLE LAND, part Freehold and part Copyhold, and containing by admeasurement upwards of Five Acres, situated near the village of Trumpington.

The situation of this estate to any person wishing to select out of Cambridge, but yet in the immediate vicinity of it, a spot most peculiarly adapted for building, the above it is presumed will fully meet their most sanguine wishes, being happily situated on a gentle eminence adjoining the turnpike road, within two miles of Cambridge, from whence a constant communication is kept, by coaches continually passing to and from the metropolis, and being in the hands of the proprietor, immediate possession may be had.
