At the Eagle and Child Inn, CAMBRIDGE, on Monday the 30th of June, 1817, at 7 o’clock in the evening;

All that complete SMALL FARM, consisting of a compact Farm-House, good Barn, Stable, Cart Lodge and Straw Sheds, warm Yard well supplied with excellent water from a good pump, and Four Pieces of Land, all lying within a ring fence, and containing together about Forty Acres.

The lands are in an unusual high state of cultivation, and the present very promising Crops of Wheat, Barley, and Clover, may be taken at a valuation in the usual way, or entrance be deferred till Michaelmas, at the option of the purchaser.

This Estate, now in the occupation of the Executors of the late Mr. Lyon, is situated on the GOGMAGOG HILLS ROAD, and is the last Farm on that road in the parish of Trumpington. – The buildings are substantial and well arranged, and the short distance from Cambridge, on a good road without a turnpike, (or almost the possibility of having one), the tenure of the whole being Freehold and Tithe-free, and the high quality of the land, presents a very favourable opportunity to persons wishing to possess a COMPLETE SMALL FARM.
