On Friday, October 4, 1822, at eleven o’clock, on the premises of Mr. FRANCIS MARIS, who is leaving his farm;

Seven score very fine Ewes, in high condition; 7 strong useful Cart Horses, 1 bay fast trotting harness Horse (quiet); 4 excellent Cows, a well-bred Bull; 30 head of Swine; 2 iron-arm’d Waggons, 3 Carts, 2 rolls, 5 ploughs, 2 pair of harrows, 20 dozen hurdles, harness, and a variety of farming implements, brewing and dairy utensils, &c. &c.
