A COTTAGE, consisting of two excellent parlours, three principal bed-rooms, kitchen, scullery, and servants’ bed-room, very good cellars, and other requisite conveniences for a small family. Also, a Stable, Hay-loft, and Chaise-house, with a large Garden. On lease for 7, 14, or 21 years; with it may be had a few acres of excellent Land.
