And COTTAGE,
Between Cambridge and Trumpington,
To be SOLD by AUCTION,
By JOSEPH WENTWORTH
At the Black Bull Inn, in Trumpington Street, Cambridge, on SATURDAY, March 14th, 1829, at six o’clock in the evening, in Two Lots, (if not previously disposed of by Private Contract;)
Lot 1. – All that capital substantially-erected fan-tail Brick TOWER WINDMILL, with copper top, situated about a mile from Cambridge, in the parish of Trumpington, with all the going gears, two pair of French stones, flour mill, jumper, and every requisite for a first-rate Mill; together with all that Piece or Parcel of GROUND, now staked out, about 55 feet by 50 feet; and Right of the present Road to the Mill, about 17 feet wide.
Lot 2. – All that Slated COTTAGE, next the Mill Road, (being the right-hand one,) containing four rooms, bake-house, &c.; and a Piece of GROUND behind the same, 20 feet deep, the width of the house. – Possession may be had of the Mill on completing the purchase.
