At the Green Man Public-house, TRUMPINGTON, on WEDNESDAY the 14th of October, 1829, at six o’clock in the evening, in Three Lots;

Lot 1. – A valuable PARCEL of ARABLE LAND, being part of an allotment, and containing by admeasurement 2A. 3R. 2P. This lot is all FREEHOLD, and contains a Frontage next the Turnpike Road of 158 feet.

Lot 2. – The remaining part of the said Allotment of ARABLE LAND, being the nearest Cambridge, and contains by admeasurement 3A. 0R. 11P. – The 1A. 0R. 18P. the part next the road, is FREEHOLD; and the residue 1A. 3R. 33P. COPYHOLD. – The Frontage next the Turnpike Road is 179 feet.

Lot 3. – All that valuable Allotment of PASTURE GROUND, with a frontage next the Turnpike Road, and also next the Road leading to the Hills, and containing by admeasurement 1A. 0R. 4P. – COPYHOLD.
