CAMBRIDGESHIRE.

Lately and for many years tenanted by John Hemington, Esq., deceased,

At Garraway’s, on the 21st of September (not on the 7th), in lots, unless previously disposed of,

The above very valuable ESTATE, at Trumpington, near Cambridge. – It consists of a spacious and most convenient Mansion-House, &c., of noble elevation, handsomely approached, and surrounded by fine elms, plantations, gardens, and shrubbery; an excellent Farm-house, walled garden, orchard, barns, and farm-buildings, in good repair, contiguous to the mansion; and about 460 acres of meadow, pasture, and arable Land, of the richest quality, and in high cultivation; pews in the church for the family and domestics.

The whole is freehold and tithe-free, within a ring fence; and from its peculiar situation, fertility, and boundaries, holds out no ordinary inducements for residence, investment, or speculation. The mansion, house, and paddock are in hand, - the farm in the yearly occupation of Mr. Ladds.
