We rejoice to find that we were not mistaken when, on the occasion of the first of these fairs being held, we said the success of the experiment might be considered certain. At the second fair which was held on Saturday last, there were nearly two thousand head of sheep and lambs penned, more than on the previous occasion, without taking into the account a large lot belonging, as we understood, to Mr (Samuel) Toller, of Trumpington, which, for some unexplained reason - not the expense, we are sure- were never penned at all.
