On Thursday next, Sept. 16, 1841, at 6 o’clock in the evening, at the Green Man Public House, Trumpington, in Lots. LOT 1. All that substantial Brick Tower WINDMILL, covered with copper, with a fantail working one pair 5 feet, and one pair 4 feet French stones, capable to grind with plenty of wind 40 coomb per night, with all the going gears, in good working condition, together with a substantial MILLER’S HOUSE, containing four rooms, with storehouse, piggeries and cart lodge, good Garden in front of the said house, Piece of Ground adjoining the Mill, together with a never-failing pump of excellent water. – The above are in the occupation of Mr. B. Moore, under a lease, of which three years were unexpired at Midsummer last, at rent of £30 per annum. Apportioned quit rent 5d. Apportioned Land tax 2s. 4d.

LOT 2. – Two substantial Brick and Slate TENEMENTS, with a piece of Garden Ground well planted with fruit trees at the back, as now staked out, occupied by Messrs. Ullyard and Biddel, at the low rent of £10. 8s. 0d. per annum. Apportioned quit rent 2d. Apportioned Land tax 4d.

Lot 3. – All those other TWO TENEMENTS adjoining; also a BUILDING, in which a seven-bushel Oven, with a Furnace, has been very recently put up; with a piece of GARDEN GROUND, well planted with choice Fruit trees, at the back, as now staked out, occupied by Messrs. Nightingale and Brook, at rents amounting to £16. 4s. 0d. per annum. – Apportioned Quit-rent, 2d. Apportioned Land-tax, 4d.

All the Property is Copyhold of the Manor of Trumpington.
