Cambridge Independent Press 22 Jan 1842: John Haggis and Thomas Lloyd guilty of using snares

Commitments to the County Gaol. — John Haggis, of Trumpington, labourer, committed the 18th of January, by the Rev. Thomas Coombe; one month hard labour, to pay £1. 8s. 6d. for using snares for taking game. — Thomas Loyd, of Trumpington, labourer, committed the 8th of January, by the Rev. Thomas Coombe; two months hard labour, or pay £5. for a like offence.
