Cambridge Independent Press 3 Aug 1844: John Howard injured by scythe

On Wednesday last, as John Howard, of Trumpington, was engaged mowing wheat, he commenced chasing a rabbit which was started; whilst so employed he inadvertently trod on a scythe, which springing up, inflicted an incised wound in the thigh.
