At the Red Lion Hotel, on THURSDAY, October 14th 1847, at Seven o’clock in the evening, - in One Lot, by direction of the Executors of the late Mr. Edward Preston:

Comprising all that Piece or Parcel of Valuable FREEHOLD LAND, admirably adapted for Building Purposes, having a frontage next the Hills Road, and containing by admeasurement 1A. 3R. 5P. Land Tax, 2s. 9d.

N.B. – The above is situate opposite Messrs. Hudsons’, very near the Railway Bridge, and is in the Parish of Trumpington.
