TRUMPINGTON.
THE MATERIALS
Of the WEIGH BRIDGE HOUSE,
To be SOLD by AUCTION,
By ELLIOT SMITH & SON,
on THURSDAY NEXT, May 13th, 1847, on the premises, precisely at Six o’clock in the evening, by order of the Trustees of the Hauxton and Dunsbridge Trust.
The House (which is near to the Windmill) is of recent erection, and built with white Brick and covered with Slate; it contains in the inner part Brick and Boarded Floors, Doors, Windows, Cupboards, Grates, &c., and the bricks in the well will be included.
The above will be sold to be taken down and cleared from the premises within a fortnight from the day of sale, at the expense of the purchaser.
