At the Coach and Horses Inn, Trumpington, on FRIDAY next, September 27, 1850, at Seven o’clock in the Evening, under a Mortgagee’s Power of Sale.

LOT 1. – A roomy Brick, Timber and Tiled DWELLING-HOUSE, very pleasantly situated at the Cambridge entrance to the Village, on the left-hand side, nearly opposite the Coach and Horses Inn; containing parlour, dining-room, a large room formerly used as a school-room; kitchen, wash-house, excellent cellarage, pantry, and seven bed-rooms; flower-garden in front, paved yard, with pump, brick-and-slate granary, tiled piggeries, barn, stable, small farm-yard, together with a large walled-in GARDEN, well stocked and clothed with choice fruit trees; and also TWO PADDOCKS adjoining; the whole FREEHOLD, and containing FOUR ACRES (more or less), and now let to Mr. C. Blackbourn.
