Upon the premises, near the Avenue by the Mansion House, on TUESDAY NEXT, June 25th, 1850, at half-past Seven o’clock in the evening;

TEN Acres of GRASS, in four lots; a Stack of OLD HAY, about 25 Tons, in the farmyard; a Ditto, 1848, in the ground adjoining.

N.B. Credit for the stacks, upon approved joint note security, until Michaelmas.

Catalogues may be had of Mr. MANSELL, bailiff, Trumpington; also, at the Public-houses in the neighbouring villages; and of WENTWORTH and SON, auctioneers, valuers, estate agents & undertakers, opposite Trinity College.
