LOT 1. – A Roomy Brick, Timber and Tiled DWELLING-HOUSE, very pleasantly situated at the Cambridge entrance to the Village, on the left hand side, nearly opposite the Coach and Horses Inn; containing numerous cheerful sitting-rooms and bed-rooms, kitchen, wash-house, excellent cellarage, pantry, &c.; Flower Garden in front; paved yard, with pump, brick-and-slate granary, tiled piggeries, barn, stable, small farmyard, together with a large walled-in garden, well stocked and clothed with choice fruit trees; and also TWO PADDOCKS adjoining; the whole FREEHOLD, and containing FOUR ACRES (more or less), and now let to Mr. Rawlings.
