CAMBRIDGE DIVISION.

SATURDAY, Sept. 3. — Present: the Revs. W. Smith and C. Warren, and Major Wale.

TRUMPINGTON. — Walter Clark, Grantchester youth, was charged by Thomas Winnell, of Trumpington, with damaging his apple tree. Master Walter saw the tempting fruit; they were irresistible, and in his anxiety to seize them he did not scruple to ruthlessly break down branches, thereby causing injury to the tree, for which he was fined 1s. and costs, or 7 days’ imprisonment.
