Cambridge Independent Press 9 Apr 1870: Embezzlement from William Dillistone dismissed

CHARGE OF EMBEZZLEMENT. — William Edwards, a young man in the employ of Mr. William Dillistone, florist, &c., of Sible Hedingham and Trumpington, was charge with embezzling various sums of money, the property of his master. —Mr. ELLISON appeared for the prosecutor, and Mr. NAYLOR defended the prisoner. — As there was not sufficient evidence produced as would convict the prisoner, the charge was withdrawn.
