PERSONS desirous of TENDERING for the ERECTION of a proposed VILLA RESIDENCE, to be erected on the Pemberton Estate, Trumpington road, Cambridge, can see Plans, Drawings, and obtain Bills of Quantities at my office on or after September the 19th. Tenders to be sent in to me not later than MONDAY, the 18th inst. The Proprietor does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any Tender.
