16 Cross-bred SHORTHORN and AYRSHIRE COWS, noted as being the best milking breed

A capital bred pedigree SHORTHORN BULL

10 SOWS and PIGS, and all the necessary

AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS,

Which include 6 dung carts, with copse and ladders complete; 3 sets of harrows, A harrow, 2 rolls, Smyth’s turnip manure drill, hay-making machine, Hornsby’s reaping machine, Hornsby’s grass mower, horse works, bins, troughs, hurdles, hand tools, and machines, a quantity of harness, and other miscellaneous effects for a Farm of 340 Acres.
