MONDAY. —Before Elliot Smith, Esq.

ALLEGED DRUNKENNESS.

Thomas Kelly, of 77, East-road, hawker, was charged by p.c. Everett, of Trumpington, with being drunk while in charge of a pony and trap on the highway at Trumpington on the 16th inst. —Remanded until to-day (Saturday).

ALLEGED ASSAULT AND WILFUL DAMAGE

Thomas Tarrant, painter, of York-street, Cambridge, was charged by David Brennan, of Trumpington, with an assault on the 16th inst. He was further charged by Mrs. Wilson, of the Red Lion, Trumpington, with breaking a door and doing damage to the amount of 1s. 6d. — Remanded until to-day (Saturday).
