ALLEGED ASSAULT

Frederick Wilson, Thomas Wilson, and Joe Wilson, all labourers of Trumpington, were summoned by G.E. Wilson, on behalf of Walter Wilson, for assaulting him at Trumpington, on the 26th of June, - On the suggestion of Mr. Ellison, the cases were, with the permission of the bench, withdrawn.
