MAINTENANCE CASES.

John Haslop, gardener, of Trumpington, was summoned to show cause why he should not contribute to the maintenance of his mother, Elizabeth Haslop. — Mr. Symonds appeared on behalf of the Chesterton Guardians. — The Defendant said he worked for the vicar of his parish, and received 16s. a week. He had six children, three of whom were under ten years of age, the eldest being nineteen years old. — The bench made an order for the defendant to pay one shilling a week.
