TRUMPINGTON.

AUCTION BY Mr. A. T. GRAIN – Mr. A. T. Grain held an auction at the Lion Hotel, Petty-cury, on Wednesday evening, when a freehold beerhouse with a private dwelling-house adjoining, at Trumpington, was brought in at £700, and seven freehold cottages, together with about 2 roods 15 poles of land, also at Trumpington, was sold to Mr. Mansfield for £525. Messrs. Ginn and Matthew of St. Andrew’s-street, were the solicitors.
