The “Tally-Ho” Incident

William Hall, formerly landlord of the “Tally-Ho” publichouse, Trumpington, applied for his discharge from bankruptcy. – The Official Receiver (Mr. Howard W. Cox) offered no objection to the suit, remarking that it was a somewhat hard case.

His Honor granted the discharge, to be suspended for two years, the shortest time the law allows.
