TAXI-DRIVER FINED - At the Cambridge Division Petty Sessions on Saturday, Percy Darby, taxi-cab driver, of 11, Granta-place, Cambridge, was summoned for not having an efficient light at the back of the motor-car to render easily distinguishable every letter and number on the identification plate at 11:10 p.m. at Trumpington, on April 28th, - He did not appear, and, P. s. Pallant having stated the facts of the case, the Magistrates imposed a fine of 2s. 6d. and costs.
