DOCTOR ACQUITTED.

Mr. Sandach, at the South-western Police Court, London, to-day, dismissed the charge of manslaughter of Gladys Taylor, a lady’s maid, of Trumpington, Cambridge, at a nursing home, preferred against Dr. Daniel Evans Powell (56), of High-street, Tooting.
