Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925. NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and persons having any claims upon or against the estate of Nathan Lawrence, late of Manor House Reach, in the county of Cambridge (who died on the 25th day of January, 1930, and whose will was proved by Elijah Lawrence, of Alpha-road, Trumpington, in the county of Cambridge aforesaid, and Nathan Lawrence, of 27,Trinity-street, Cambridge, the executors therein named, on the 28th day of March, 1930, in the Principal Probate Registry), are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims to the undersigned, the Solicitors of the said executors, on or before the 15th day of June, 1930, after which date the said executors will proceed to convey and distribute the assets of the deceased to or among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which the said executors shall then have had notice; and that they will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, so conveyed or distributed, to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice.-Dated this 11th day of April, 1930.
