Notes for: Overton Hebblewhite

NOTICE is hereby given, that by an indenture bearing the date the 9th day of May, 1853, Frederick Hebblewhite, of Cambridge, in the county of Cambridge, Draper, assigned to Overton Hebblewhite, of Trumpington, in the said county, Gentleman, Andrew Caldecott, of Cheapside, in the city of London, Warehouseman, and Joseph Barnicot, of Friday-street, in the said city, Warehouseman, all the personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of him the said Frederick Hebblewhite, upon certain trusts for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Frederick Hebblewhite, as therein mentioned and that the said indenture was executed by the said Frederick Hebblewhite, Andrew Caldecott and Joseph Barnicot, on the day of the date thereof, and by the said Overton Hebblewhite, on the 10th day of May, 1853, in the presence of, and their respective executions thereof, are attested by, James Heather, of Paternoster-row, in the city of London, Solicitor. Dated this 6th day of June, 1853
