Cambridge Chronicle 16 Dec 1843:
A warrant of ejectment was granted Mr. Samuel Peed, agent to Mr. George Cummings, to recover possession of a house occupied by James Saunders, at Trumpington. - John Lloyd was fined 50s. and costs 12s. 6d., or one month's imprisonment, for trespassing on Colonel Pemberton's land at Trumpington in search of game. - William Lloyd £5., and 13s. 6d. costs, and James Neeves £5., and 13s. 6d. costs, or three months' imprisonment each. The two latter were not in custody.

Cambridge Independent Press 30 Dec 1843:
John Lloyd, labourer, Trumpington, one month, or pay £2. 14s 6d., for using snares at Trumpington.
