At the back is a LARGE BRICK AND TILED BUILDING, about 27 feet long and 15 feet wide, suitable for a carpenter’s shop, workroom, or any other business purpose.
There is also a small garden at the back, with 2 brick, timber, and tiled sheds. Water is laid on.
