Not the Frederick Williams who married Rhoda Snow in 1895. He lived in Calstock, Cornwall, a baker, and was still there in 1901 (age 35 born Tavistock). Nor the one who married Margaret Quance in 1889; they were still living in Tavistock in 1901.
