Notes for: Elizabeth Smith

In 1832 Elizabeth Brooks, widow, occupied a house in Trumpington, assessed at £1 and rated at 1s. 3d.

In 1845 John and William Swann sold property formerly belonging to the Bland family to Edwin Daniel, reciting that the 3 owners had pulled down the said two cottages or tenements & in their stead had erected 7 cottages or tenements upon the said garden & premises (Swanns Yard) and the same were then standing thereupon. The said premises were then in the several occupations of Samuel Wilson, James Darnell, William Smith, Sarah Peters, Thomas Winnell, Handry (sic) Harradine, Elizabeth Brooks.
