WHEREAS the Commissioner acting in the prosecution of a Fiat in Bankruptcy awarded and issued forth against William Frederick Brewster, late of Stall-street, in the city of Bath, in the county of Somerset, Chymist and Druggist, Dealer and Chapman, at present residing at Trumpington, in the county of Cambridge, out of business, hath certified to the Court of Review in Bankruptcy, that the said William Frederick Brewster hath in all things conformed himself according to the directions of the Acts of Parliament made and now in force concerning bankrupts; this is to give notice, that, by virtue of an Act, passed in the fifth and sixth years of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled "An Act for the amendment of the laws in bankruptcy," the Certificate of the said William Frederick Brewster will be allowed and confirmed by the said Court of Review in Bankruptcy, unless cause be shewn to the contrary, on or before the 12th day of June 1846.
