Notes for: James Wallis
In 1810 he bought cottages and land in High Street (no. 32 on Inclosure Award map) from Thomas Boning. By 1829 this land was divided into three parts. In 1829 he sold the central part to John Nichols; in 1832 the southern part to James Marshall, and in 1851 his son and heir James Wallis sold the northern part to John Nichols
