Indenture 5 Dec 1905. Executors of Mr William Worboys deceased (died 22 Dec 1904), brewer. Hannah Worboys of Wintringham House, Chesterton Road, Chesterton, widow, John Baynes of Albert Street, Chesterton and Frances Minnie Porter Worboys of Wintringham House (deceased's daughter) of one part and William Barker of 11 Panton Street, College Porter on the other. Sale for £45. Triangular part of a close of land numbered 19 (of 1 acre 2 roods and 10 perches) on the plan annexed to the 1804 Inclosure Award. Right to pass along the roadway to the south.
