Notes for: Sarah Farrington

Sarah Farrington was blind from birth (recorded in the 1851 and 1861 censuses). Percy Robinson, in his notes for the lantern slide show "A Trip Through Trumpington" wrote that "Miss Elizabeth Foster was greatly interested in a blind girl named Sally Farrington. Miss Foster learnt Braille in order to teach blind Sally."
