Note (1) Nov 4 CHAPMAN Mary wid [the bottom of the leaf about one & half inches has
been cut out a few tops of letters are visible the entries lost have been
recovered from the transcripts & are inserted]

Note (3) Will signed 7 May 1675.  Legacies to children Jonathan (eldest son), Richard
(second son), daughters Frances and Sarah, John (youngest son).  Other legacies
to Mary the wife of Edward Newman, Elizabeth late wife of Benjamin King,
Margaret wife of William Rapoole (?).  House known as "Shotts in Westrum upon
Cachame Hill in Kent", and residue, to executrix, his wife Mary
