Note (1) Peter Kent of Little Wilbraham, farmer.  Includes: "I give and devise unto my
son Peter Kent all my right and interest in the farm belonging to Colonel
Pemberton situate at Trumpington together with all the live and dead stock crop,
farming implements and utensils which may be on the said farm at the time of my
decease to hold unto my said son Peter Kent his executors etc."

Advertisement in the Cambridge Chronicle and Journal, 7th Oct 1831:
Valuable agricultural stock, and effects, Trumpington,
Cambridgeshire.
To be sold by auction, by Nockolds and son, upon the premises, near the
windmill, on Tuesday October 11th, at twelve precisely, by order of the
executors of the late Mr Peter Kent,
14 capital cart horses, nags and colts, 40 half-bred shearling ewes, one
waggon, two carts, and other agricultural implements, a four-wheel chaise, two
gigs, etc etc.  Catalogues may be had at the place of sale, and Bull Inn,
Cambridge
