Note (1) Probable burial at Southoe, Huntingdonshire
Note (2) Will of Samuel Peet of Cambridge tanner 1755: only son Samuel Peet being
provided for by my estate in Huntingdonshire which will descend to him I shall
not give him anything more.  I give to my loving wife for and during the term of
her life in lieu and Bar of all Dower and Thirds one annuity or yearly Rent
Charge of Ten punds per annum to be issuing and payable out of my Freehold
estate at Trumpington and my Leasehold estate in Cambridge. . . I give unto my
three daughters Hester the wife of Thomas Spencer Maria Peet and Dorothy Peet
and unto their heirs etc to be equally divided between them as tenants in common
all my Freehold estate at Trumpington and my Leasehold estate in Cambridge.  I
give to my three grandchildren daughters of my Son in Law Thomas Spencer £100 to
be equally divided between them.  Maria and Dorothy executors.  Brother in Law
William Headly of Grantchester and neighbour Thomas Burgoine supervisors.
