Howard Slatter has been a committee member of the Local History Group since 2009, and was chairman from 2010 to 2025.  He has been a Trustee of Hobson’s Conduit Trust, and was chairman of the Trust for nine years.  He has lived in Trumpington for 45 years.

Andrew Roberts has lived in Trumpington for 45 years and has been actively researching and recording the changing history of the area for the last 20 years. With a first degree in archaeology and geology, Andrew had a career in museums, including developing the cataloguing standards used in this country and overseas and working at the Museum of London. He is a committee member of the Local History Group and the Trumpington Residents’ Association and has been responsible for our web site, History Trails and other projects.
